1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of FurSquared’s website and services and your registration for or attendance at the convention. FurSquared is operated by Two Ferrets Co. By accessing, registering for, or attending FurSquared, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, register online, or submit your personal information to FurSquared. A child age 13 or younger may attend only through a parent or legal guardian who registers using the adult’s own information and accompanies the child at all times in convention space.
2. Registration and Attendance
Valid Registration
You must hold a valid registration to enter FurSquared-controlled convention spaces or participate in activities designated for registered attendees.
Identification
FurSquared must be able to verify your identity and age before issuing your badge. You must present acceptable photo identification that matches your registration information.
Badges
You must wear your assigned badge visibly in convention-controlled areas and present it upon request. Your badge is valid only for you and may not be shared, transferred, altered, or duplicated. The badge remains the property of FurSquared through the conclusion of Closing Ceremonies, after which it becomes your property.
3. Applicable Policies
The following policy requirements apply according to your relationship with FurSquared:
- As a condition of registration and attendance, you must comply with the current FurSquared Code of Conduct and any other published attendee policies that apply to you.
- By completing a registration or other financial transaction with FurSquared, you agree to comply with the FurSquared Registration Policy, including its Refund Policy and Chargeback Policy.

- FurSquared staff must comply with the Code of Conduct and all role-specific policies and requirements they accept through FurSquared’s separate signed staff-policy process.
4. Accounts and Online Conduct
If you create a FurSquared account, you are responsible for safeguarding its login credentials and for activity performed through that account.
Your use of FurSquared’s online services must comply with these Terms and the Code of Conduct. Harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful activity, and attempts to compromise accounts or systems are prohibited.
5. Content and Website Materials
Content You Submit
You are responsible for content you submit to FurSquared and must ensure that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant FurSquared a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, and display it solely as needed to operate its services and process your submission.
FurSquared Website Materials
FurSquared grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access and use its website materials for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other use is permitted without written authorization.

- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
6. Resale and Transfer
You may not resell or transfer a FurSquared registration, badge, account, or access to FurSquared’s services. This restriction does not prohibit merchandise sales by approved vendors in accordance with the Vendor Policy.
7. Suspension and Enforcement
FurSquared may suspend or terminate online-service access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, an account presents a security risk, or suspension is required by law. When reasonably practical, FurSquared will provide notice.
FurSquared will determine enforcement based on the nature, severity, and available evidence of a violation. Actions may include:
- Warnings.
- Loss of privileges.
- Removal.
- Badge or vendor-status revocation.
- Suspension from future events.
- Referral to venue security or law enforcement when appropriate.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Two Ferrets Co., FurSquared, and their directors, officers, staff, and volunteers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent caused by your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your unlawful or negligent conduct.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranties
FurSquared makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available online services but does not warrant their completeness, reliability, availability, or freedom from errors. This disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from these Terms, FurSquared’s services, or your attendance will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable registration. This limit does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, bodily injury, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for their terms of service, and we encourage you to review their terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
