Vendor Policy

Sale of Merchandise

Sales of merchandise by approved FurSquared dealers and artists will be handled by the individual vendor. Two Ferrets Co. dba FurSquared takes no responsibility for these transactions. Sales of merchandise by anyone other than an approved FurSquared dealer or artist are prohibited and may result in your dealer status being revoked.

Your merchandise must be acceptable under all applicable local, state, and federal rules and laws. Items and services that are illegal to possess or sell in the state of Wisconsin are prohibited in both the Dealers Den and the 18+ Dealers Den.

Adult material outside of the 18+ Dealers Den must be kept away from minors. Binders containing such material must be kept closed or under or behind the table when not being browsed. The display of NSFW content is not allowed in the Dealers Den; all nipples and genitalia must be covered while on display.

Items of a racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful nature will not be permitted for sale in the Dealers Den or the 18+ Dealers Den. This includes paraphernalia related to certain groups or political movements, as well as items intended to agitate or provoke.

Vendor tables and displays must not encroach on or impede other vendors. Annoyances such as lights, loud music or sounds, and strong smells or fumes must be kept under your control. Larger powered equipment must be approved by FurSquared and the convention center in advance.

Adult Material Rules

The 18+ Dealers Den is designated as an adults-only space. All attendees will be required to show a valid ID to enter. Vendors in the 18+ Dealers Den are not required to check IDs.

Adult-oriented displays and items are permitted in the 18+ Dealers Den as long as they do not present illegal content. Everyone inside the 18+ Dealers Den must abide by the rules presented in the Code of Conduct.

Merchandise that includes visual or written depictions of minors, real or fictional, in adult situations is strictly prohibited, whether on display or for sale. There are no exceptions to this rule, and such items may not be kept out of sight but available. This rule applies to both the general Dealers Den and the 18+ Dealers Den.

Any vendor found selling illegal items or items that depict minors, real or fictional, in adult situations will have their dealer status immediately revoked and their convention badge confiscated. They will be required to remove all property from the Dealers Den, will not receive a refund, and will be permanently banned from future events hosted by Two Ferrets Co. dba FurSquared.

Copyright

The responsibility for ensuring the proper copyright status of merchandise rests entirely with the vendors selling that merchandise. FurSquared recommends that vendors research and understand the legality of copyrights, trademarks, works of parody, and fan art. Artwork or merchandise known to be counterfeit is prohibited.

NFTs & AI Imagery

FurSquared prohibits the sale or promotion of anything related to NFTs (non-fungible tokens) at dealer tables. FurSquared also prohibits the sale or promotion of AI imagery. If FurSquared learns that this is happening, the vendor's dealer status will be immediately revoked and the vendor will be required to remove the items from the Dealers Den, with the possibility of being barred from future events.

Bags, Backpacks & Carts

Attendees may not bring large roller bags or carts into the Dealers Den or 18+ Dealers Den because they can cause problems with traffic flow. Bluetooth speakers, excessive squeaker usage, and anything else that may be disruptive to other attendees through sight, sound, smell, taste, or touch are also prohibited in the Dealers Den and 18+ Dealers Den.

Food & Drink

Attendees may not bring food into the Dealers Den or 18+ Dealers Den. Attendees may bring in a drink only if it is non-spillable. A drink is non-spillable if it can be turned upside down without spilling. Open cans, drinks with lids that do not completely seal, and similar containers do not qualify and will not be allowed. Staff and vendors may bring food and drinks into the Dealers Den and 18+ Dealers Den.

Wait List

Vendors may be placed on the wait list to take another vendor's place in the event of a cancellation. The wait list is available only to vendors who applied during the acceptance period. There are a limited number of spots on the wait list, so a vendor who was not initially accepted will not automatically be placed on it.

The wait list is not first-come, first-served. Vendors are selected from the wait list to maintain a varied product selection.

Refunds and Cancellations

Vendors who wish to cancel their table must request cancellation at least 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. Vendors may cancel less than 30 days before the event but will not receive a refund for the table cost.

Under certain circumstances, a refund may be provided for a cancellation made less than 30 days before the event at the discretion of the Dealers Den Director. The Director has final say in all refund decisions.
