Vendor Policy
Sale of Merchandise
Sales of merchandise by approved FurSquared dealers and artists will be handled by the individual Vendor. Two Ferrets Co. dba FurSquared takes no responsibility for these transactions. Sales of merchandise not by an approved FurSquared dealer or artist are prohibited and may result in your dealer status being revoked.
Your merchandise must be acceptable under any and all applicable local, state or federal rules or laws. Items and services that are illegal to possess or sell in the state of Wisconsin are equally prohibited in the Dealers Den and 18+ Dealers Den
Adult material outside of the 18+ Dealers Den must be kept away from minors; this means binders of said material must be kept closed or kept under/behind the table when not being browsed. The display of NSFW content is not allowed in the Dealers Den; as such, all nipples and genitalia must be covered while on display.
Items of a racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful nature will not be permitted for sale in the Dealers Den or Dealers Den. This includes paraphernalia related to certain groups or political movements, or items intended to agitate and provoke.
Vendor tables and displays must not encroach on or impede other Vendors. Annoyances such as lights, loud music or sounds, and strong smells or fumes must be kept under your control. Larger powered equipment must be approved by FurSquared and the convention center in advance.
Adult Material Rules
The 18+ Dealers Den is designated as an “Adults Only” space, all attendees will be required to show a valid ID in order to enter. Vendors in the 18+ Dealers Den are not required to check ID’s.
Adult-oriented displays and items are permitted in the 18+ Dealers Den so long as they do not present illegal content. Everyone inside the 18+ Dealers Den must abide by the rules presented in the Code of Conduct.
Merchandise that includes visual or written depictions of minors, real or fictional, in adult situations is strictly prohibited, either on display or for sale. There are no exceptions to this rule, and such items may not be “kept out of sight but available”. This rule applies to both the general Dealers Den and the 18+ Dealers Den.
Any vendor who is found selling illegal items and/or items that depict minors, real or fictional, in adult situations will have their Dealer status immediately revoked, convention badge confiscated, will be required to remove all property from the Dealers Den, no refund will be issued and will be permanently banned from any future events hosted by Two Ferrets Co. dba FurSquared.
Copyright
The responsibility to ensure proper copyright of merchandise rests entirely with the Vendors selling said merchandise. FurSquared recommends that Vendors research and be aware of the legality of copyrights, trademarks, works of parody, and fan art. Artwork or merchandise that is known to be counterfeit is prohibited.
NFTs & AI Imagery
FurSquared prohibits any sale and/or promotion of anything related to NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) at your dealer table. We also do not allow the sale and/or promotion of “AI imagery”. If we learn that this is happening, your dealer status will immediately be revoked and you will be required to remove your items from the Dealers Den, with the possibility of not being allowed back in future events.
Bags / Backpacks / Carts
Attendees are not allowed to bring large roller bags or carts into the Dealers Den or 18+ Dealers Den as they can cause problems with traffic flow. Bluetooth speakers, excessive squeaker usage, or anything else that may be distributive to other attendees with sight, sound, smell, taste, or touch are also not allowed in the Dealers Den or 18+ Dealers Den.
Food & Drink
Attendees are not allowed to bring food into the Dealers Den or 18+ Dealers Den. Attendees may bring a drink in IF it is non-spillable: by definition, this means that it is only allowed if it could be turned upside down and nothing spills. Open cans, drinks with lids that don’t completely seal, etc do not count as non-spillable and will not be allowed. Staff and Vendors may bring food and drinks into the Dealers Den and 18+ Dealers Den.
Wait List
Vendors may be placed on the Wait List to take another vendor’s place in the event of a cancellation. The Wait List is ONLY available for vendors who have already applied during the acceptance period. There are a limited number of spots available on the Wait List, so even if a vendor was not accepted at first does not mean they will automatically be placed on the wait list.
The Wait List is NOT first-come first-server order. Vendors are selected from the Wait List in order to maintain a mixed variety of product selection.
Refunds/Cancellation
Vendors who wish to cancel their table must request to do so within at least 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. Vendors who wish to cancel less than 30 days before the event are still able to do so but will not receive a refund for the table costs.
Under certain circumstances if you need to cancel less than 30 days before the event a refund may be provided at the discretion of the Dealers Den Director. The Director has final say in all refund decisions.
