FurSquared 2026 Registration Information
By registering, you not only help support the convention and its charitable mission,
but also receive access to all of our event spaces and amazing programming!

Registration Tiers
All Registration Tiers for FurSquared will be at our Pre-Registration pricing until 11:59 PM CST on February 4th, 2026.
At 12 AM on February 5th, 2026, all registration tiers will increase in price for the remainder of the convention.
Patron of the Arts (YCH! Poster tier) badges will only be available until 9:00 AM CST on September 30th, 2025, or until all slots are sold out, whichever occurs first.
Also available during the convention weekend. (Not Available during Pre-Registration)
Attention Guild Members, Royal Guild Members and Patrons of the Arts:
Supplies are limited and Registration makes no guarantees on the extent of availability of any physical swag items or invitations to the Guest of Honor Dinner, once the convention weekend has begun.
Additionally, the FurSquared Art Team reserves the right to impose limitations on characters allowed to be included in the YCH Poster. (Learn more Here!)
Minors, Parents, Guardians & Caregivers Attending FurSquared
FurSquared is committed to providing a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all attendees, including minors, their parents/Guardians and anyone traveling with a Caregiver.
Our Full Policy is linked HERE but the key points of our policy are as follows:
- Any minor (under the age of 18 years old) will be denied access to any areas of the convention space that are adult in nature, or are labeled as 18+. Additionally:
- Minors 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, that is at least 18 years old, at all times while attending our convention.
- Minors, aged 14 -17, may attend unaccompanied, subject to their guardian’s written consent being given at registration. ()
- For attendees with caregivers, or parents/guardians of minors, we have created the Companion Badge just for this circumstance.
- Available to attendees with a paid badge of any tier as a free add-on.
- Allows minors and their guardians (or an attendee and their caregiver) to accompany each other within the convention space.
- Limit of 1 badge for Caregivers; up to 2 badges for Minors/Parents/Guardians, for a maximum of 2 Companion Badges per attendee badge.
- Companion Badges are NOT valid for any contests/tournaments, charity auction, access to the Guest of Honor Dinner, or any other Sponsor, or above, entitlements.

Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund process; please note however, refunds are not always guaranteed.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are handled depending on the type of badge purchased and when the request is submitted.

Additionally, NO refunds will be given,
- If any person is removed from the event space during the convention weekend due to breaking FurSquared Code of Conduct.
- Once the badge, and/or any associated entitlements (swag etc.), has been claimed.
*If an extenuating situation has occurred and an attendee wishes to request a refund outside of these terms, please contact [email protected] and the request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email registration at [email protected] and please include:
- The Badge Name or Legal Name used when registering.
- The email used when registering.
- The badge number.
- The reason for the refund.
- During the convention weekend, the on–site Registration Help Desk will be available to process any in-person refunds, during registration’s normal operating hours.
*Any email requests made within 3 days of the convention start or end date, or made during the convention weekend, may have delayed response times
Important Notes
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the request. Actual time for fund availability is dependent on which financial institution you work with.
- Any processing fees, service charges, or other third-party costs are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Effective Date: 08/08/2024
FurSquared is a privately operated event. By completing registration or any financial transaction with FurSquared, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our policies, including our Refund Policy and this Chargeback Policy. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced to protect the integrity of the event and its operational costs.
1. Chargebacks as a Violation of Policy
FurSquared maintains a clearly defined Refund Policy, which outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted. Initiating a chargeback through your financial institution or payment provider for a transaction made with FurSquared—when said chargeback contradicts our Refund Policy—constitutes a direct violation of our terms of service.
2. Accountability and Restitution
If a chargeback is initiated in violation of our Refund Policy, FurSquared reserves the right to hold the individual financially accountable for:
- The full amount of the original transaction that was refunded via chargeback.
- All fees incurred by FurSquared as a result of the chargeback, including but not limited to bank or payment processor penalties.
- The cost of registration for the following year’s event.
Restitution must be made in full before the individual may participate in future FurSquared events.
3. Enforcement and Payment Requirements
Any individual found to have violated this Chargeback Policy will be:
- Denied the ability to pre-register online for the following year’s event.
- Required to pay restitution in person at the next event.
- Prohibited from using card or digital payment methods to settle any balances. Only cash will be accepted for restitution and registration under this policy.
4. Continued Eligibility to Attend
Until all amounts owed are paid in full, FurSquared reserves the right to:
- Deny access to event registration or entry to event space.
- Flag the individual in our internal system as non-compliant.
